Gringo Chili

Gringo Chili

Brown 3 lbs coarse ground lean pork
set aside
Saute 2 cups coarsley chopped onions & 6 crushed garlic cloves in 1/4 cup oil
ADD Seasoning:
         2 tsp salt
         1/4 tsp pepper
         1/4 cup Gebhardts chili powder
         1 tsp oregano
         1 tsp ground cummin
         1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
         2 beef bouillion cubes
         1 6 oz. can tomato paste
         1 qt. beer
ADD: meat- simmer one hour
ADD: One 23 oz. can Ranch Style beans
ADD: 4 cups (2 16 oz. cans) sauerkraut (drained)
HEAT: To almost a boil
THICKEN: with MASA HARINA (Quaker) approx. 11/2 to 2 cups for thicker
                                                                      approx. 1/4 to 1/2 cups for thinner
SERVE like tacos, or as a dip, or burritos, or just chili (thinner). You can even put it on a hot dog!
